Mora Electronics is an Iași company that has sold, installed and maintained the equipment used to weigh, register and label goods since 1994. We are an accredited distribution and service unit on the Ministry of Finance list for the cash registers we sell.
We provide consultancy, delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment, staff training and service under warranty and after warranty, with a support and maintenance contract once the warranty expires. About the company
We also handle retail equipment: fiscal cash registers, fiscal printers, scales that print barcode tickets, barcode readers, point-of-sale and stock management software, and fiscal taximeters.
Service
Installing the equipment, commissioning it and training the staff are part of the delivery. After the warranty, the customer can choose a form of cooperation for support and maintenance, with call-outs within the time agreed in the contract.
What the service covers- Fiscalisation and ANAF
- Registering the cash register or fiscal printer with ANAF, the Romanian tax authority, and connecting it to the reporting system.
- Metrological verification
- For commercial scales, platforms, weighbridges and taximeters, initial and periodic.
- On-site call-outs
- In Iași and the Moldova region, within the time set by the contract and by the legislation in force.
- Training
- Staff training when the equipment is commissioned.
