What data we process

Through the contact form: your name, company, telephone number, email address and the content of the message. By telephone or email: the data you give us for the quote, delivery or service. On the website, only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner: visit data (pages viewed, duration, device type, approximate city, where you came from), measured with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Why we process it

To reply to your quote or service request (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps), to perform the delivery and service contracts and to meet the legal obligations to archive fiscal documents.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that were not followed by a contract are kept for as long as necessary to reply. Data in contracts and invoices is kept for the period required by tax legislation.

Who we share it with

The website hosting provider, Google and Microsoft for measuring visits (only with your consent) and, if we use a form delivery service, that provider, as processors. Equipment manufacturers, only when necessary for the warranty. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for marketing purposes.
