Description

TFX is the new generation of ULMA thermoforming machines, with hygienic design and high operational availability. Synchronised movements increase productivity by up to 10 %, and the new vacuum system shortens the vacuum cycle by up to 20 %. Automatic film alignment, precise zone heating and constant control of the atmosphere in the sealing area ensure pack quality on every cycle.

Format changes are shortened by setting the tray height from the touch screen, automatic changing of film and label reels and an RFID system that checks the dies and cutting tools against the selected recipe. The Better Form X and Better Seal X technologies allow thinner base films and recyclable materials, and the machine reports film, energy, air and gas consumption per shift or batch in a PDF report at the end of production.
