Intermittent vertical VFFS machine with three-seal pack, up to 100 packs per minute.
Description
The VTI 400 forms, fills and seals bags from a reel of film, for food and non-food products, in a wide range of formats. The intermittent machine uses cross sealing jaws driven by AC motors, belts for film transport and a one-piece forming tube.
The B&R industrial PC with 5 inch touch screen stores 100 product programmes and automatically detects sealing temperature and pressure deviations, jaw obstruction and the end of the film reel. It can be fitted with gas injection for modified atmosphere, ultrasonic jaws, a zipper applicator and easy-open knives, and integrates with multihead weighers, metal detectors and labelling systems.
