Description
FAST is Flintab's heavy-duty steel weighbridge, with a welded structure flanged longitudinally and transversely, 450 or 500 mm high side beams and an 8 mm chequer plate deck. It is designed for heavy truck traffic in quarries, gravel pits, material yards and ports.
The 24 cm high platform is divided into 4 easily transported modules and rests on 6 load cells. The foundation can be cast in place, on an existing road, or the weighbridge can be installed directly on a heavy-traffic concrete slab, with concrete or precast ramps.
