Description
FORTI is the concrete-deck weighbridge in the Flintab range: a welded steel structure with high side beams, in which the deck is reinforced and shuttered with steel plate, and the C45/55 concrete is poured at the installation site. It combines the rigidity of the steel construction with the durability of concrete, at a deflection under load of 1:1000.
The 4 modules are light to transport (1.9 to 2.2 t each) and are mounted on 6 load cells. The platform is 24 cm high and can be installed on foundations cast in place, on an existing road or on a heavy-traffic concrete slab.
