Description
EVO TRAPPER weighs freight wagons on the move, bogie by bogie, with the train pulled or pushed at speeds of up to 10 km/h. The system automatically identifies the locomotive, the bogies, the direction of travel, the number of wagons and the speed of each one, and calculates the mass per bogie, per wagon and for the whole train, without operator intervention.
The monolithic frame sits directly on the track ballast, only 34 cm below the top of the sleeper, without concrete foundations. The weighbridge is assembled, wired and calibrated in the factory, and all components, including the load cells, are accessible from ground level. The electronics are German-made, and the data reaches the operator's PC station wirelessly.
