Description
The CWEmaxx is Bizerba's standard dynamic checkweigher for the food and non-food industries. It checks the weight of every pack in motion, sorts by weight class and rejects non-conforming products with a pusher, air blast or flap. The 600, 1500, 3000, 6000 and 15000 versions cover the range from 5 g to 15 kg, with up to 600 products per minute.
The 1.4301 stainless steel construction with IP54 or IP65 protection and the quick belt change system make washing down easier. The conveying height and direction of travel are set on site, and the BRAIN2 software and IT interfaces collect statistics for fill quantity control. A metal detector can be integrated into the same frame.
